Attestation of documents
1. DOMESTIC HELPER CONTRACT
Fees :
HK $ 180/-
Form to be filled up :
Four copies of green coloured employment Contract forms (available with HK Immigration Authorities)
Duration for grant of service:

Documents required :
(i)Photocopy of domestic helper's passport
(ii)Photocopy of employer's HK Identity card
(iii)Two photographs of the domestic helper

NOTE : CARE SHOULD BE TAKEN TO AVOID CUTTING/OVERWRITING, TO AVOID REJECTION OF DOCUMENTS BY LOCAL AUTHORITIES. THE MINIMUM SALARY FIXED BY LOCAL AUTHORITIES IS HK $ 3740/- AND THE MINIMUM FOOD ALLOWANCE IS HK $ 775/-.
2. POWER OF ATTORNEY

NOTE : 1. THE EXECUTANT OF POWER OF ATTORNEY HAS TO PERSONALLY SUBMIT THE DOCUMENT AND SIGN BEFORE THE CONSULAR OFFICER

NOTE : 1.However, before the documents are presented to the Consulate for attestation, these also need to be attested by the concerned authorities in India like i) the Home department of the concerned state government ii) the Attestation Cell of the Ministry of External Affairs, Patiala House, New Delhi.

(i)A letter from the company stating the list of Documents to be attested and also the Purpose of getting the attestation
(ii)Documents (duly notarized by a notary public) plus one photocopy of each document
(iii)In case of company's Power of Attorney, it should be accompanied by passport photocopy and 2 photographs of the signatory/executant, signing on behalf of the company.

NOTE : IN ALL THE MISC SERVICES ABOVE (ATTESTATION ETC), THE NORMAL DURATION FOR GRANT OF SERVICE IS TWO WORKING DAYS. HOWEVER, IN CASES OF PROVEN URGENCY, RENDERING OF SAME DAY SERVICES ARE CONSIDERED ON PAYMENT OF AN ADDITIONAL FEES OF HK $ 200/-.
7. LIFE CERTIFICATE
